Returns & REFUND Policy

Customers may return items within 30 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted for both faulty items and change-of-mind purchases.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@wilsondavis.co.uk within 30 days of delivery to receive return instructions.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Usually within 3-5 business days, but often sooner.

Exchanges are accepted for faulty/damaged goods, if preferred.
