Isle of Arran
The Isle of Arran has been a constant source of inspiration for me - there’s something about its silhouette on the horizon that always pulls me in. This collection brings together some of my favourite pieces inspired by the island, including “I’d Rather Be in Arran,” which captures the deep purples and wild thistles I so often return to in my work. Whether you’ve visited Arran or simply dream of it, I hope these prints, tiles, and cards bring a little piece of its magic into your home.
East Neuk of Fife
There’s something quietly magical about the East Neuk — the little harbours, painted houses, and ever-changing skies. Pittenweem, with its boats and characterful shoreline, has inspired me again and again. This collection captures a few of my favourite moments from these coastal villages — from moonlit fishing scenes to vibrant harbour colours. Whether you know the area well or are discovering it for the first time, I hope these pieces bring the same sense of light and calm I find when painting there.
Isle of Bute
There’s something timeless about Bute — the ferry arriving into Rothesay, the shimmer of light on the water, and the quiet rhythm of the island. I’ve painted this view many times, but “Rothesay Sunset” remains one of my favourites — the way the colours shift across the Firth of Clyde is always changing. This collection brings together works inspired by Bute’s peaceful shores and gentle beauty. I hope they capture a little of the calm and warmth this island always offers.
Edinburgh
Edinburgh has such a unique energy — grand and quiet all at once. One of my favourite places to paint is Princes Street Gardens in spring, when the blossom trees are in full bloom and the castle rises above it all. “Princes Street Blossoms” was inspired by one of those perfect days when the light filters through the trees and everything feels still. This collection captures a softer side of the city — its green spaces, its atmosphere, and the timeless beauty of its skyline.
Isle of Skye
Skye has a drama to it that’s hard to put into words — the light changes so quickly, and the land always feels alive. “Last Light, Isle of Skye” was painted after a calm evening when the colours softened and the hills seemed to breathe. I’m always drawn to the island’s quiet intensity — the still lochs, the shifting skies, and that unmistakable sense of space. This collection gathers together pieces inspired by those moments, when Skye feels vast and peaceful all at once.
Loch Lomond
Loch Lomond has such a peaceful energy — the calm water, the shifting light, and the way the landscape seems to hold its breath. This view across the loch toward Ben Lomond is one I’ve returned to many times, always finding something new in its softness and stillness. My painting “Loch Lomond” captures one of those quiet moments where everything feels balanced. This collection gathers together works inspired by the loch’s gentle beauty — full of space, reflection, and calm.
St Andrews
St Andrews has such a special atmosphere — the light along West Sands, the old harbour walls, the shifting colours of the sea. I’ve painted it in all seasons, but I keep coming back to the way it feels in late afternoon, when everything glows just a little. Whether you’ve walked the beach, explored the cathedral ruins, or visited as a golfer, this collection offers a lasting impression of one of Scotland’s most iconic coastal towns.
Outer Hebrides
The Outer Hebrides have always held a special place in my heart — the colours, the wild weather, the stillness. Nowhere captures that quiet beauty quite like Luskentyre on the Isle of Harris. The turquoise water and pale sands there almost don’t seem real, and yet they’re unforgettable. This collection features pieces inspired by those islands — from soft skies over white beaches to the gentle movement of the tide. If you’ve stood on a Hebridean shore, you’ll know the feeling. If you haven’t, I hope these works bring a little of that serenity into your home.
Isle of Cumbrae
Cumbrae may be small, but it holds a special kind of magic — especially at sunset. From the shoreline in Millport, the view across to Arran never fails to stop me in my tracks. “Sunset Over Arran from Millport” captures one of those calm evenings when the sky turns soft and golden and the sea reflects everything. This collection is inspired by those quiet, peaceful moments I’ve found on Cumbrae — I hope they bring a little of that stillness and beauty into your space.
Glasgow
Glasgow’s West End is one of my favourite places — especially in spring, when the blossom trees are out and everything feels full of life. “Glasgow University in Spring” was painted after one of those bright, quiet walks when the whole avenue seemed to glow. There’s something about the light, the trees, and the old buildings that I never get tired of. This collection brings together a few of those moments — little glimpses of the city that I hope feel familiar, calming, and full of warmth.
Western Highlands
The Western Highlands have a softness and openness I love — wide beaches, distant islands, and skies that stretch on forever. “Camusdarach Beach” looks out toward the Small Isles of Rum, Eigg, and Muck — one of those timeless views I always return to. I’ve spent many quiet hours sketching and walking along this shoreline, watching the light shift over the sand and sea. This collection brings together works inspired by those peaceful, expansive places that seem to invite you to pause and breathe.
