DELIVERY

We offer free UK delivery on all orders.

Orders are carefully packaged and dispatched from our studio in Scotland, usually within 2–3 working days.

Most UK orders are sent via tracked Royal Mail or UPS services.

Smaller items such as greeting cards may be sent via standard Royal Mail letter post, which is not tracked.

International delivery is available to most destinations. Delivery times vary depending on location and customs processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and size of the artwork.

Returns Policy

Customers may return items within 30 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted for both faulty items and change-of-mind purchases.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@wilsondavis.co.uk within 30 days of delivery to receive return instructions.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
