new small paintings

Welcome to blog number 4!

Easter holidays brought me back to St Andrews for a few days with the family, visiting all the usual lovely places that the area has to offer. Inspired by these places, I produced some sketches which led to a series of small 5” paintings that were released for sale on Facebook and Instagram and sold out over one weekend! Thank you to all that purchased and apologies to those that missed out - more to be released soon!

Also this month, updates on current and upcoming exhibitions, as well as information on more commissioned original paintings that have been completed and delivered.

THE OLD COURSE, ST ANDREWS

Blog number 3 already! I’m beginning to get the hang of this! A big thank you for all the comments after Bella’s passing, and a little update on Beau. A busy time for me in the studio painting - preparing work for galleries and art fairs - also for Alan in the workshop making frames. A day trip away to one of our favourite places after dropping off paintings to a gallery! The website continues to evolve - adding content when time allows, and making SEO improvements. I hope you enjoy this month’s blog - thanks, Emma x

In memory of Bella

Welcome to my second blog post! Sharing some sad news with you this time, and an update on exhibitions I’m taking part in this month. It’s been an emotional time recently, but I’ve still been able to get some work done, broken up with trips away to deliver paintings. I’ve started producing some videos of my painting process, so watch out for these, along with a look at some of my new art materials. Hope you enjoy the blog - let me know of anything you’d like to see by adding a comment. See you again soon ! Emma x
