A richly layered woodland painting capturing the warmth and colour of an autumn forest. Slender tree trunks rise through a tapestry of deep reds, pinks, russets and warm ochres, with glimpses of light filtering through the trees and touches of gold leaf adding a subtle shimmer.

Expressive marks, collage-like areas of pattern and layers of colour give this small painting wonderful depth and texture, evoking the feeling of wandering through a woodland as the seasons begin to change.

With its evocative title, I’ll Be There, Always carries a gentle sense of constancy and connection, adding another dimension to this atmospheric little original.
